My approach is open conversation and deep reflection on who you are, who you are becoming, and how to make sense of the present.
My techniques are narrative based, and person centered. Meaning we will work together to learn and hear your story and find ways to plant deep seeds of change past the surface level to begin to foster a more genuine understanding of self.
My job is to create a space where you can be your genuine self in order to see the parts of self that needs healing. My sole purpose is to witness your journey of growth and understanding in a way that reflects your truth, unseen gifts and strengths. With time and work, you can become comfortable enough with yourself to be yourself. Authentically.
