Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

Welcome! Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and I'm glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a PhD in Consciousness Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and respect. Together, we'll explore the patterns that influence your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while developing practical tools to help you feel more grounded in everyday life. My work integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with depth-oriented and trauma-informed therapy, allowing us to address both immediate challenges and the deeper issues that shape your experiences.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. I'll listen to your story, learn about your strengths and challenges, and help clarify the goals that are most important to you. My hope is that you'll leave feeling understood, supported, and confident that we're working together toward meaningful and lasting change.
