Hi, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NY. My work focuses on mood/anxiety disorders, trauma, and helping people navigate interpersonal relationships. I believe people have the tools necessary to heal innately and I collaborate together with my clients to help them reach their goals. I have an interest in working with women and in the area of maternal mental health.

My approach to therapy

I have an integrative approach to treatment using a strengths-based

psychodynamic/psychoanalytic approach. As well as techniques from CBT/DBT/ACT models to help my clients learn skills designed to help ground and cope with stressors/emotional distress.
