Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My style is warm, grounded, and goal-oriented. I focus on helping you identify practical solutions, build on your strengths, and create a more balanced life.

I hold 2 Master of Arts degrees in Marriage & Family Therapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which allows me to take a well-rounded, systems-informed approach to the work we do together.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients in a variety of settings, including private practice, outpatient clinics, and community-based mental health services. I specialize in working with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, identity and self-esteem concerns. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I'm here to help you move forward with intention.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, using evidence-based practices like Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness to help you move toward meaningful change.I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and boundary-setting.

I work with you to identify clear goals and practical strategies, while also creating space for reflection, emotional processing, and growth. I aim to strike a balance between being a thoughtful listener and an active guide, offering insight, encouragement, and honest feedback.

Together, we’ll work to clarify what’s most important to you and take steps toward lasting, positive change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave our sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to manage life’s challenges. Together, we’ll identify what’s working, what’s not, and explore new strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. You can look forward to increasing self-awareness, improve coping skills, and a stronger sense of boundaries and personal empowerment. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, relationship patterns, or navigating a major life transition, my goal is to help you feel more in control and aligned with your values.

Our work will be focused, strengths-based, and always guided by your goals—so you can see progress, build resilience, and create lasting change in your everyday life.
