My career and training as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Certified Clinical Trauma professional and EMDR therapist has given me the skills to individuals overcome life’s toughest challenges. I help in the healing process with mental health conditions such as Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Grief and stress.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I support individuals with an evidence-based integrative approach which includes trauma focused, solution focused, mindfulness, grounding and cognitive behavior therapy. I am also an EMDR trained therapist.
