With over 25 years of experience in the nursing field, including extensive work in the ICU, I naturally transitioned into mental health care, as I have consistently supported patients with mental health needs throughout my clinical career.
Across all age groups, I integrate evidence-based practices with a warm, individualized approach. I partner closely with patients, their loved ones, and care teams to create treatment plans that are not only clinically effective, but also meaningful, personalized, and built to last.

Whether I am working with a child struggling with emotional regulation, a teenager facing identity challenges, or a young adult navigating transitions, I approach each person with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect. I work with clients who struggle with addiction, ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, depression, eating disorders, and challenges related to body image. I offer a personalized approach to care and a medical treatment plan that may include psychiatric evaluations, ongoing medication management, and collaborative care with therapists or primary providers to ensure holistic support.
