Great to meet you!

As a doctorate prepared board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner I am driven by a deep interest in the connection between our thoughts, emotions, and overall well-being. I believe the way we process our inner experiences has a profound impact on both our mental and physical health. My clinical interests include ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, insomnia, OCD, PTSD, minority stress, gender dysphoria, and internalized homophobia/transphobia. I am passionate about providing inclusive, culturally competent care that honors and affirms each individual's identity and lived experiences.

My approach to therapy

I work with patients ages 12 and older, using an integrated treatment approach that combines medication management with supportive psychotherapy. I take into account each person’s lifestyle, physical health, and social support systems to create a comprehensive and personalized treatment plan.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an initial psychiatric evaluation where you will share your personal experiences and what prompted you to seek mental health care. From there we will begin addressing your mental health one thought at a time—fostering meaningful progress and promoting long-term well-being.
