Great to meet you!

About Me

With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW, LCSW-C), I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. This is a space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Using integrative approaches including EMDR, AEDP or mindfulness our sessions will be tailored to your unique needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop new coping strategies. My goal is to meet you where you are while you are encouraged to lean into self-understanding with curiosity and grace.

What you can expect from our first session

Through our work together, you will gain insight, emotional clarity, and practical tools to navigate life. Clients leave therapy with a stronger sense of self, improved emotional regulation, and a renewed ability to make conscious, healthy choices in their lives. Change is possible and it begins with a conscious choice.
