Great to meet you!

Hi there — I’m glad you’re here.

I want you to know that this is a space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and work on whatever is most important to you. I take a direct and supportive approach, which means I’ll be honest with you, help you set goals, and work alongside you to find real, practical ways to handle what you’re going through.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, unsure, or just need someone to talk to, my job is to help you figure things out by focusing on your strengths,

building your confidence and helping you use the tools and support you already have — and sometimes discovering new ones.

I’m not here to just talk about problems — I’m here to help you find solutions that make sense for you.

You don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling integrates Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy to create a supportive, individualized, and evidence-based framework. I prioritize building a trusting therapeutic relationship (Person-Centered), help clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors (CBT), and empower them to re-author their personal stories to promote growth and resilience (Narrative). This blended approach is tailored to support individuals dealing with Depression, Anger,Anxiety anxiety, ADHD, and ODD effectively.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we begin building a strong therapeutic alliance—an essential foundation for meaningful change. We will collaboratively explore your presenting concerns, gather a psychosocial history, and clarify your goals for therapy. Using evidence-based techniques grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, I will begin assessing thought patterns, emotional responses, and behavioral triggers to develop a personalized treatment plan. Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, anger, ADHD, or ODD, the first session is the start of a goal-oriented, client-centered process focused on helping you gain insight, restore balance, and build practical coping strategies.
