Great to meet you!
My professional journey began when I received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology at Michigan State University and Masters of Counseling at Arizona State University.
While attending Michigan State University, I spent 5 years as a Division 1 Cross Country and Track and Field athlete where I learned first hand about the brain and body connection, performance pressure and anxiety, and the intersection of physical and mental health that I strive to integrate into my clinical work in meaningful ways.
I specialize in both sports performance and generalized psychotherapy.
In sports performance, I specialize in performance anxiety, sports injury and return to play, loss, athlete identity, and navigation of the recruiting process and transfer portal.
In generalized psychotherapy, I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship stressors, family stressors, self esteem, stress management, and career and life transitions
My therapeutic goals are a stark contrast from a world that often rushes, dismisses, and doesn’t spend the time truly processing our thoughts and experiences as they come.
I want therapy to be a place you feel truly seen as one of one as we navigate barriers to your best self.
