Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist who shows up with warmth, honesty, and a deep belief that you deserve to feel seen. I help people understand the “why” behind their patterns—especially the parts shaped by trauma, anxiety, and old relationship wounds—so they can finally feel more grounded and at peace.

I work with adults who are high-achieving on the outside but overwhelmed on the inside, and with people who grew up navigating complicated family dynamics, emotional neglect, or perfectionism. My goal is always the same: to help you feel understood, supported, and worthy of a life that feels like yours.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in psychodynamic work. I integrate CBT, EFT, IFS, and narrative therapy to help clients understand not only what they’re feeling but also why.

I focus on creating a space where you don’t have to perform, shut down, or minimize your needs. Together, we slow things down, make sense of your emotional patterns, and explore how your past shapes how you show up today—so we can create a healthier, more grounded version of those patterns.

Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and rooted in compassion. My style is direct but gentle, and I balance insight with practical tools you can use outside of the session.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about helping you feel safe and understood. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you want your life to feel like. I’ll ask questions at a pace that feels comfortable, and you’re encouraged to share as much or as little as you’re ready for.

We’ll start identifying the themes in your story—things like anxiety, relationship patterns, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, or old wounds that still show up today. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what’s going on emotionally, what we’ll work on together, and what support will look like.

Most clients describe the first session as validating, grounding, and a relief—like finally having space to breathe.
