As a Hispanic counselor, I am able to conduct sessions in both English and Spanish and offer a culturally inclusive and collaborative approach.

I received my Bachelor's degree in psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2011 and my MSW from Florida Atlantic University in 2019.

Over the last 9 years I have provided services to individuals with challenges, such as negative thoughts, relational concerns, grief and trauma symptoms that may have caused disconnections from attuning with the body.

My approach focuses on using evidence-based interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Body based exercises and Synergetic play therapy support adults, children and teens, processing difficult experiences improve quality of life.

Whether you are dealing with recent or past difficult experiences, loss, anger, life changes, or you are feeling numb and disconnected, I am here to support you.
