Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), LCDC (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor) and LPC Supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas and Florida. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling. My approach is client-centered and strength-focused—I believe you already have the inner resources to create the changes you want in your life, and I’m here to help you uncover and build on those strengths. I work with people navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, offering a supportive space to explore challenges and move toward growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone has the ability to create positive change. Counseling, to me, is a collaborative partnership where we work together to explore and build on the strengths you already have within you. My role is to provide a supportive and encouraging space while offering practical tools and skills you can easily apply in your daily life. My approach is solution-focused—I understand that challenges can feel complicated, but together, we can find clarity, build confidence, and create a path toward improved well-being.

What you can expect from me

I work primarily with adults and older teens, with a focus on supporting individuals navigating stress, anxiety, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is warm, non-judgmental, and affirming of all identities. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, relationship structures, ethnicities, and religious or spiritual worldviews. I understand that reaching out can feel vulnerable, and I view counseling as a meaningful gift you can give yourself—an act of courage and self-care.
