Great to meet you!

Hello-

For over 20 years I have had the privilege of supporting the unique life journeys of women and their families. My areas of practice include adjustment to life's changing landscape, the psychological and emotional adjustment to parenthood, mood and anxiety disorders, infertility and reproductive trauma and pregnancy and newborn loss. I believe that each one of us is "pre-programmed" for growth and that through self-study & self compassion we can relieve much of our own suffering.

My approach to therapy

Whole Person Approach: I believe that all parts of ourselves (physical, psychological, emotional & spiritual) are inextricably connected, and that when we make movement in one area, a ripple effect is created in others. Because of this, the modalities of care that I am drawn toward include mindfulness (including use of body & breath), used in conjunction with narrative and cognitive behavioral therapies, as well as EMDR and Brainspotting to resolve traumatic experiences and memories.
