Great to meet you!

With over ten years of clinical experience providing both individual and group counseling across diverse settings, I am well-equipped to support you through life's heaviest transitions. My background includes treating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, grief, and everyday life stressors where you just need an unbiased sounding board. Additionally, I am deeply well-versed in the specialized treatment needs of perinatal and postpartum populations, as well as first responders and Veterans.

A major focus of my practice is supporting women navigating the profound shifts of pregnancy, fertility challenges, and the postpartum period. These journeys can be beautiful, but they can also feel incredibly overwhelming and isolating. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or the intense stress of becoming a new mother, please know you don’t have to carry it alone. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel deeply heard, supported, and understood.

Whether you are navigating a complex maternal mental health challenge or coping with severe daily stress, I bring a grounded, highly versatile approach to your care. Let’s work together to help you rediscover your strength and find your footing.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every individual has the potential to be the best version of themselves. Life can bring many overwhelming and sometimes unexpected changes that can be difficult to navigate. Often it is those circumstances that keep us from living a whole life. My goal is to provide an environment where positive and healthy changes are made by building a therapeutic connection.

What you can expect from me

I help clients understand how thoughts influence both emotions and behavior. The decision to see a therapist is personal, and building a solid connection in therapy is essential. I look forward to supporting and guiding you on your journey.
