Great to meet you!

HELLO! I AM ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. I've been a therapist since 2010. I love being a therapist and even find the difficult parts to be "fun". I see people heal under my care, and it doesn't get better than that.

My approach to therapy

I love to use EMDR, Brainspotting, or ACT therapy. I find tremendous successes for my clients with these modalities.

What you can expect from me

We usually end a session with an agreed upon action goal or agree that the goal is to reflect on the session and some of the themes that have been coming up.
