Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing specialized, Mental Health care, and private Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) treatment to individuals across Montana, specifically in our rural and frontier communities.

I understand that living in rural Montana often means traveling hours for care. My mission is to bring high-quality, evidence-based medication management directly to your home via secure telehealth. I believe in treating the whole person, including underlying anxiety or trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is built on the belief that geography should never be a barrier to high-quality recovery. I specialize in depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, and evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for Opioid Use Disorder, utilizing buprenorphine (Suboxone) to help stabilize your health from the privacy and comfort of your own home.

As a PMHNP, I don't just focus on the physical symptoms; I look at the whole picture. Addiction often walks hand-in-hand with anxiety, depression, or past trauma. We will work together to develop a personalized care plan that combines secure, convenient telehealth visits with a trauma-informed perspective. My goal is to provide a discrete, judgment-free space where you can focus on your recovery without the stress of a long commute or the fear of being seen at a local clinic.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is a private, 60-minute video consultation focused on creating a safe and sustainable recovery plan. We will discuss your medical history, current symptoms, and any underlying mental health needs like anxiety or trauma. To ensure your safety, I will verify your ID and check the Montana Prescription Drug Registry (MPDR) during our call. There is no judgment here—just a thorough, professional assessment to determine if medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is the right path for your specific goals.

If we decide to move forward with treatment, I will electronically send your prescription to your local Montana pharmacy before we end our visit. You will receive a clear, step-by-step guide for starting your medication at home, and we will schedule a follow-up within the first week to monitor your progress and adjust your care as needed. My goal is to provide a seamless, supportive experience that respects your privacy and eliminates the need for a long commute.
