Great to meet you!

I know that reaching out for help isn't always easy, and I want you to feel comfortable from the very first conversation. I'm passionate about creating a space where you feel genuinely heard — not rushed, not judged, just supported. I value cultural awareness and work to make sure every client feels respected and understood, whatever their background. Outside of sessions, you'll find me playing guitar — music has always been my way of connecting with emotions, which is honestly part of what drew me to this work.

My approach to therapy

I take a practical, collaborative approach — we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck and build real tools to help you move forward. I draw on CBT and skills-based strategies, but in plain terms: I help you spot the patterns that aren't working and figure out how to change them. Clients often describe me as easy to talk to, clear, and supportive — but I'm also not afraid to be direct when that's what you need most.

What you can expect from me

Think of our first session as a conversation, not an interrogation. We'll talk through what's been going on, a bit of your history, and what you're hoping to get out of this. I'll ask questions to get a full picture, but I'll also make sure you feel at ease — not overwhelmed. By the end, my goal is for you to walk away with more clarity about what you're experiencing and a concrete plan for moving forward, so you leave feeling like there's actually a path ahead.
