Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kerra Meadows-Richardson, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience caring for individuals across a variety of mental health settings. I earned my Master’s degree from Wilkes University and provide compassionate, individualized care for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions, with a special interest in women’s and maternal mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I take time to listen, understand your concerns, and work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your needs and goals. I focus on creating a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know you beyond your symptoms. We’ll discuss your concerns, history, current challenges, and goals for treatment. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan and identify next steps in a supportive, comfortable, and judgment-free environment.
