My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) strategies. It includes the use of mindfulness and relaxation technique with an emphasis on self-care. My overall goal is to improve mental health functioning in clients with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
