Great to meet you!

Welcome. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My specialty is supporting women through fertility challenges, IVF, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the many emotional changes that accompany these experiences.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where we can work together to build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and foster meaningful growth. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered as you move toward greater well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether I am a good fit for your needs and goals. We will review some background information, discuss what has brought you to therapy, and explore the challenges and concerns you would like to address. We will also talk about your goals for therapy and answer any questions you may have about the process. This initial conversation helps us create a foundation for a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship.
