Great to meet you!

I am currently accepting new clients. If you’re looking for a therapist who is compassionate, honest, and easy to talk to, you’re in the right place. I have a special passion for supporting older adults, as well as clients with neurodivergence, ADHD, and autism. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to grow in a way that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting clients where they are, not forcing an agenda. Our work together can include kindness, humor, honest feedback, encouragement, and practical support that fits your needs. I value acceptance, accountability, and creating a nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe being yourself while working toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect compassion, validation, confidentiality, and directness when it’s helpful. I want therapy to feel supportive, grounded, and tailored to you, and I’m happy to start with a free 15 minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. If it turns out another provider would better match your needs, I’m also glad to help point you in the right direction.
