I will provide a skillful, warm and compassionate environment to empower you on your journey of self-discovery, help you navigate change, heal from past trauma or cope with a challenge you are facing. I have 19 years of clinical experience working with a wide range of mental health issues however my specialties include anxiety, depression, grief and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is interactive and conversational and my goal is to always to help you feel safe and supported. I am genuinely interested in learning about your life and partnering with you to help you reach your goals. I utilize several different modalities in treatment and often incorporate skills from mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
