I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in high-acuity inpatient psychiatry and outpatient care. I specialize in Adult/Geriatric psychiatry, with a focus on mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, and complex cases where life, health, and history all intersect. I see adults 18 and older and do not currently treat adolescents or individuals who are pregnant and/or breastfeeding.
My style is direct, empowering, and holistic. I combine evidence-based medicine with a big-picture view of your nervous system, lifestyle, and history so treatment actually fits your real life. I’m collaborative and transparent about meds, side effects, and options, and I want you to leave sessions feeling informed, respected, and in charge of your care.
In our first session, we’ll slow down and get a clear picture of what’s been going on, what you’ve already tried, and what you want to be different. I’ll ask detailed questions about your symptoms, medical history, medications, and day-to-day routines so we can build a focused plan together. You can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space, clear education about possible diagnoses and treatment options, and concrete next steps by the end of the visit.
