Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping individuals who are dealing with stress, anxiety and / or depression. We can't control what happens much of the time but can learn to navigate it.

I have a deep understanding and extensive clinical experience working with people who have been impacted by cancer or other life-altering medical diagnoses or situations. I believe therapy should be a collaborative space built on compassion and curiosity.

My approach to therapy

Integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness- Based Therapy and Trauma- Informed Care I focus on equipping you with tangible, practical tools to navigate life’s uncertainties.

What you can expect from me

I will work to help you clarify your wants and needs, manage difficult thoughts and emotions and help you live your best life regardless of any limitations.
