Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating life's most painful or complex challenges. My practice focuses heavily on helping people heal from trauma, manage stress and anxiety, work through depression, and navigate difficult relationship or family dynamics. I have a deep passion for supporting women's unique experiences—including maternal, pregnancy, and postpartum mental health—as well as helping individuals explore identity, cope with chronic health conditions, and process grief or life transitions. No matter who you are or what background you come from, my goal is to provide an inclusive, open-minded space where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and heard.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and entirely tailored to what you need most. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as a supportive partner. In our sessions, we will look at how your unique past experiences shape your present, while also focusing heavily on your natural strengths and practical, solution-oriented strategies. I blend trauma-informed care with actionable, everyday tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, helping you gently break out of old patterns, process difficult emotions, and build a more fulfilling life at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step into therapy can feel incredibly intimidating, so our very first session is entirely about comfort, safety, and connection. There is absolutely no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you are ready to. We will treat this initial hour as a casual, supportive conversation where we can get to know each other, gently discuss what brings you to therapy, and talk about your hopes for the future. My main priority is to ensure you feel comfortable, safe, and empowered as we begin building a roadmap for your healing journey together.
