Hello! I am a clinical psychologist with a diverse background dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges with kindness and empathy. I have 15 years of clinical experience as both a master's and doctoral level provider. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a variety of settings. Most recently, I was an Active Duty Military Psychologist for the last 5 years.

I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you address what you are struggling with. I specialize in treating complex trauma and traumatic brain injury. I strive to create an environment that is warm and supportive so you will feel comfortable working through life's challenges.
