Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kerrie. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over twenty years of experience in the mental health field.

Over time, I’ve developed a clear focus in my work. I primarily support women who feel disconnected from themselves — women navigating relationship strain and/or marital discord.

Specifically, I help women who are considering leaving, quietly preparing for change, or rebuilding after divorce. My work centers on helping them reclaim their autonomy, strengthen their identity, and make grounded decisions.

I also work with children who are impacted by separation or divorce by offering individual, family, and group therapy to support emotional regulation, adjustment, stability family transitions, and divorce-related dynamics.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded, supportive, and practical. I blend evidence-based approaches with reflective practice, while honoring that you are the expert on your own life.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are focused on increasing awareness in a way that is thoughtful, purposeful, and applicable to real life.
