Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kerrigan Spangler, a therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and sexual concerns. I’m passionate about helping people feel more confident in themselves and more connected in their relationships. I value honesty, curiosity, and creating a space where you don’t feel judged or rushed. Therapy with me is a place where you can show up as you are and start making sense of what you’re going through.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, insight-driven, and tailored to you. I help clients identify patterns that keep them feeling stuck and understand what’s happening beneath the surface. I integrate evidence-based approaches while keeping sessions conversational and real. Together, we focus on building awareness, improving communication, and creating meaningful, lasting change in how you relate to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start understanding what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask some questions about your background, current concerns, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once. We’ll also talk about your goals and what working together could look like. Most importantly, it’s a space for you to feel heard and decide if I’m the right fit for you.
