Great to meet you!

One of the greatest issues that people face in their lifetime is how to cope with death and loss due to divorce, chronic health issues, and any major life transitions. Your feelings of grief and loss can be more than you can bear. I offer a supportive and nurturing environment so you can understand those feelings, allow them to be expressed in a safe manner, and help you adapt to the realities of your changed life. I also have had the pleasure of working with couples. We can work together in a nonjudgmental environment to help you build deeper connections with yourself and your partner.

My approach to therapy

My life has been focused around grief and loss working as a clinical social worker and former licensed funeral director which in turn has given me the gift of positive regard for each individual. I love working with clients and couples to find their particular strengths while offering strategies and guidance to develop healthy relationship patterns.

What you can expect from me

I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families in the states of MA and RI who are coping with the impact of grief, loss and life transitions including divorce, pet loss, job loss, as well as chronic medical conditions. My goal is to help you achieve your best and most meaningful life as you imagine it to be. Please contact me and we'll get started.
