My approach to therapy

I aim to address the increasing demand for mental health and addiction services by offering a continuum of care that includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect an initial assessment and a detailed conversation about their symptoms, medical history, and personal background. The first session, which may last 60 minutes, involves paperwork and a review of your history to help make a diagnosis and develop an initial treatment plan, which could include medication.
