Great to meet you!

I understand people come to therapy looking for solutions to the problems impacting their daily lives. I received my MSW from Salisbury University and have extensive experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds on a wide range of issues. I have supported individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, emotional regulation, mood instability, toxic work environments and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is interactive, strength-based, solution-focused and practical. Using empathy, compassion, humor, and an objective perspective, I collaborate with clients to develop an effective, pragmatic approach to their current life challenges, as well as addressing long-standing personal concerns.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to assist clients with accessing their own unique strengths and personal resources to create a realistic, attainable plan to reduce their own suffering. Therapy is client driven and each client should leave sessions feeling empowered to be the agent of change in their life.
