Great to meet you!

I graduated from Purdue and Regent University and spent many years raising my children, who are now teenagers. That season gave me a deeper understanding of the joys and challenges families face. I’m excited to return to therapy and help others with compassion, encouragement, and practical support.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person has inherent worth and the capacity for growth, healing, and hope. I provide a compassionate, supportive space for individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and other challenges. My goal is to walk alongside my clients, helping them find clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time exploring what brings you to therapy and getting curious about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. You will be able to slow down, gain insight, and better understand yourself. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and with a deeper sense of clarity.
