Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping adults with ADHD improve their self esteem, impulsive behavior, relationships, work or school performance, and daily organization.

If you struggle with disorganization, impulsivity, procrastination, or managing intense emotions, you are not alone. Together, we can build the skills you need to move through life with more clarity and confidence.

I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Living Therapy (RLT), and adult ADHD. As someone who also lives with ADHD, I understand how these challenges can affect both personal and professional life, and I bring that lived experience into the work to help you feel understood and supported.

My approach to therapy

I tailor each session to your needs and goals using evidence based treatments including Rational Living Therapy (RLT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness. Sessions at my practice are structured and focused so your time always feels meaningful.

My primary approach is Rational Living Therapy (RLT), a structured form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) that also incorporates Psychodynamic Therapy to help you understand the deeper patterns influencing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. While CBT provides practical, goal-oriented tools to address unhelpful thinking and behavior, RLT deepens this work by examining the core beliefs and emotional themes that drive those patterns. This combination allows us to build skills while also creating insight that supports long-term change.

My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. My office is a safe and welcoming space where you will feel heard, supported, and understood.

My style is empathic, warm, and solutions focused. Together, we will build insight, strengthen skills, and help you create real change in your life.

In addition to specializing in adult ADHD, I also work with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, OCD, stress management, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly about understanding what brings you in, what has been difficult, and what you are hoping will be different. I will ask questions about your current concerns, history, symptoms, functioning, and goals so we can begin forming a clear picture of what is going on.

My style is structured, collaborative, and practical. We will talk about patterns in thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life circumstances, and we will also look at strategies that may help you function more effectively. You do not have to know exactly where to start. We will sort through it together and move at a pace that feels manageable.
