My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with clients, and believe therapy is most effective when you feel comfortable being yourself and know that you are being genuinely heard and understood. I use evidenced-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and behavioral modification techniques, while tailoring treatment to each person's individual needs, strengths, and goals,

What you can expect from me
