Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kerry, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I know reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, so my goal is to offer a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself.

I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and grief. I believe you already have strengths within you, and together we’ll build on them to create the changes you’re looking for.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, supportive, and grounded in the belief that healing begins with a strength we hold inside ourselves. My role as a therapist is to help you connect with your inner strengths, which can provide both the foundation for healing and the means to create meaningful change in your life. I take a holistic approach that honors the mind-body connection and recognizes how our thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences are deeply interconnected. I use an approach that incorporate CBT, mindfulness, parts work, and trauma-informed care.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel heard and supported. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you’d like to work on, and start setting some goals together. Most people leave that first session feeling a little lighter and more hopeful about the path ahead.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to support you.
