Psychotherapy is a process where we let go of judgement in an effort to befriend your deeper self and cultivate integrity. The goal is peace and for you to feel at home wherever you are. I draw from current evidence-based treatment modalities in order to support your goals. I bring diverse experiences performing mental health assessments, running therapeutic groups and individual counseling sessions, as well as teaching theories of human behavior as an adjunct professor.
