Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who offers compassionate, trauma-informed medication management within a warm, collaborative space. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, trauma-related symptoms, and periods of transition, and I deeply value creating a sense of safety and understanding in the therapeutic relationship.

I approach mental health with curiosity and care, believing that symptoms often carry important information about what the nervous system has been holding or managing for a long time. Clients often share that they feel heard, respected, and less alone in our work together. My intention is to support people in reconnecting with themselves and moving through life with greater steadiness and self-trust.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, relational, and individualized. I take time to understand each person’s history, current stressors, relationships, and goals, recognizing that mental health is shaped by both biology and lived experience. I integrate evidence-based psychiatric care with attention to nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and whole-person wellness.

Medication decisions are made thoughtfully and collaboratively, with space to explore benefits, side effects, and how medications may be impacting emotional connection or sense of self. When appropriate, I incorporate education around sleep, nutrition, supplements, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, always moving at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

I am especially mindful of not rushing care or minimizing experiences. Healing, in my view, happens through attunement, clarity, and consistency over time.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. We’ll talk through current concerns, mental health history, medications, and what you’re hoping for, while also making room for the emotional and relational context of your life.

My goal for the first visit is for you to feel grounded, understood, and clear about next steps. We will create a plan together that respects your preferences and nervous system, whether that involves medication adjustments, continued monitoring, or simply having a space to think things through with support.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. We’ll start exactly where you are.
