Great to meet you!

I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2008, with a concentration in child and family studies. My experience working within a community mental health agency helped me to develop the confidence to set up a private practice.

My approach to therapy

I find that clients respond positively to therapy when they begin to realize their own innate strengths. I walk patiently besides my clients as they learn and implement modalities such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and others to use on their journey of discovery. As they identify their strengths and enhancing skills, they find ways to manage and improve difficult situations in life.

I love what I do and consider myself to be very fortunate to be able to work with diverse populations of teens, adults and elders.

What you can expect from me

I will provide compassionate and personalized therapy to those who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or significant life changes. I take my time to learn about you and hear what your goals for therapy are. Every treatment plan is tailored to meet your specific and unique needs.
