Great to meet you!

I was born and raised in the Midwest. I attended Michigan State University and then completed my master’s degree in New York City. I moved to California to enjoy the West Coast weather and to be with my husband. We have 2 children to enjoy the beautiful Bay Area with.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and providing treatment for postpartum depression and other perinatal mood disorders. I have the tools and professional experience to help you work towards your goals, better manage your mood, minimize any problematic behaviors, and enhance your relationships, while still being authentic with yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

Learn how to manage challenging moods or unexpected responses to life. I am here to offer support. In my sessions, I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I specialize in treating mood disorders and women adjusting to pregnancy or being a new parent.
