Dr. Penny is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner . She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their mental health goals and live their best lives. Dr. Penny has a strong understanding of mental health disorders and is able to effectively diagnose and treat them. She treats a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety and depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and psychosis, sleep disorders, and PTSD
Dr. Penny believes the patient-provider relationship is one that develops with trust and understanding. She comes into each new patient session without background influence and will meet you exactly where you are, in order to help you learn and grow in your mental health journey.
During your first appointment, you will meet with Dr. Penny for up to sixty minutes for a full psychiatric evaluation. At the end of your new patient evaluation, you will be scheduled for your first follow up session. Follow up sessions last up to twenty minutes and are scheduled based on your symptoms and the length of time needed to appropriately address your concern
