Great to meet you!

I have a a BA in Psychology from Anderson University and a MS in Counseling Psychology from Troy University, and a passion for helping individuals and couples find purpose, growth, and fulfillment in their lives.

Over the past 12 years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, and I specialize in addressing anxiety, men’s issues, anger management, and couples therapy.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a combination of Adlerian principles, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-focused practices in counseling.

Adlerian principles guide my understanding of each client’s unique social context and personal history. This holistic approach helps us explore the impact of past experiences and current challenges. CBT allows us to identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors, while Solution-focus empower you to discover practical solutions to life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, navigating complex emotions, or seeking to strengthen your relationships, I am here to guide you toward positive change.
