Great to meet you!

Kescy believes that we often become a victim to our own circumstances. She's here to empower, guide and support her clients to become “Victors” of their own circumstances and overall lives! “Victim to Victor” is the motto she embodies for her clients. She works to meet her clients where they are She is extremely empathetic and mindful of her clients’ emotions as they belong to the client. She strongly believes that no one can ever take away how one feels as your emotions are your own.

My approach to therapy

There is no one size fits all approach as each client is uniquely their own person. She prefers to take an eclectic approach to therapeutic relationship that can include but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Interpersonal Relationships, Mindfulness Based Therapy, and Behavior Therapy.
