Great to meet you!

I’m so excited to meet you! I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find emotional balance. My current focus is on medication management paired with brief, supportive psychotherapy, allowing us to address both the biological and emotional sides of mental health.

I believe in creating a non-judgmental, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can feel safe, heard, and empowered on your healing journey. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan that fits your goals and supports your overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space where you can feel truly heard and understood. I approach each session with empathy, warmth, and compassion, because I believe healing begins when you feel supported and respected.

We’ll work together to find the right balance of medication management and brief, supportive psychotherapy to help you feel more grounded and in control. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, and sleep disorders, but I work with clients across a wide range of mental health concerns.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on, your goals, and how I can best support you. I’ll ask questions to understand your symptoms, history, and lifestyle so we can create a plan that fits your needs.

My approach combines evidence-based medication management with brief, supportive psychotherapy to promote balance and progress. You can expect a warm, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment, where you feel supported and hopeful from the very start.
