Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a background in nursing and mental health care. I focus on medication management with a supportive, real-life approach. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and OCD.

I believe you should feel heard, understood, and involved in your care. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where we can work together to find what truly helps you feel better and function at your best. I also incorporate brief therapeutic support alongside medication when it’s needed.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and patient-centered. I take the time to really understand what’s going on, not just your symptoms but your day-to-day life, so we can create a treatment plan that actually works for you.

I focus on medication management while also providing brief therapeutic support when needed. I believe in keeping things real, educating you on your options, and making sure you feel comfortable and confident in your care. My goal is to help you feel better, function better, and gain control over your mental health.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a thorough but comfortable conversation where we go over your history, current concerns, and what you’re hoping to get out of treatment. I take my time to really understand you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis.

We’ll talk through symptoms, explore treatment options, and, if appropriate, begin building a plan that may include medication. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, informed, and clear on next steps.

I create a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can be open and honest, and we move at a pace that feels right for you.
