Great to meet you!

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation - and recovery is possible with the right support. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with Substance Use Disorders, addiction, relapse cycles, and co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, mood instability, and anger management challenges. Many of my clients are navigating cravings, emotional triggers, relationship strain, family conflict, or feeling stuck in patterns that feel difficult to break. My work focuses on helping you understand the connection between thoughts, behaviors, and choices so you can build healthier coping skills, restore relationships, strengthen accountability, and create sustainable, long-term change.

My approach to therapy

I treat Substance Use Disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help reduce cravings, challenge distorted thinking, manage triggers, and improve emotional regulation. We explore how anxiety, trauma history, depression, or anger may be fueling substance use patterns and develop practical strategies to interrupt those cycles. Therapy is structured, collaborative, and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on relapse prevention, coping skills development, rebuilding trust in relationships, and strengthening resilience for lasting recovery.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what you’re facing - whether that’s active addiction, early recovery, relapse concerns, family strain, or co-occurring anxiety or depression. We’ll identify your goals and begin building a clear, realistic treatment plan. My aim is to provide a space that feels supportive yet accountable, where you can speak honestly without judgment. You’ll leave with greater clarity about your challenges, practical next steps, and a sense that meaningful change is achievable.
