Great to meet you!

My name Is Kethlin Graham and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and retired law enforcement officer. As a former first responder, I understand the emotional weight that comes with constantly showing up for others. The exposure to trauma, the pressure to stay strong, and the belief that “this is just the job” can leave you feeling stuck and alone. I know how difficult it is to be vulnerable and ask for help—because I've been there too. Reaching out was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and it’s one of the reasons I am so passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for others.

My approach to therapy

Kethlin’s therapeutic approach is grounded in warmth, trust, and genuine connection. She works with first responders, adults, and couples who are navigating trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, anger, substance use, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I am EMDR trained.

What you can expect from me

I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to let your guard down, explore your experiences, and reconnect with your strengths. Together, you will celebrate your wins and work through the tougher moments. You don’t have to face this alone.

You are worthy of healing, peace, and a life that feels meaningful. If you’re ready to take that next step, she will be honored to walk alongside you.
