Great to meet you!

I love people. I look at therapy holistically- the whole person (mind, body, spirit, community) is important in this healing journey. I work best with people who are open and curious to their patterns, excited for change, and willing to make shifts for themselves and the next generation.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I view therapy as a non-judgemental experience that should be customized to fit each unique individual. Yes, I bring my evidence-based clinical skills, and I also leave room for the Holy Spirit to guide each unique way the skills should be used to create the most effective healing experience.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave a session with insight and a path to healing that leaves them feeling lighter, NOT more burdened then when they walked in.
