Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a National Certified Counselor. With a master’s degree in counseling specializing in family, couples, and marriage counseling. My experience includes assisting individuals through life transitions, including through pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood. I offer a compassionate space for those navigating post partum depression, anxiety, perinatal loss, and or other challenges that can arise during this transformative time.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and integrative. As an LMFT and National Certified Counselor, I draw from ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to tailor treatment to each client’s needs. I work from a strengths-based, holistic lens, especially with individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or major life transitions.I see therapy as a partnership where we work together to understand what’s happening, identify strengths and areas for potential growth, and build tools that support healing and long-term change. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, validated, and empowered to move toward the version of themselves they want to become.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, calm, and collaborative space. I start by learning about themselves, what brought them in, exploring their current concerns, history, and what they hope to gain from therapy. Because many of my clients are navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, perinatal loss, or major transitions, I move at a trauma-informed and client-paced rhythm to ensure they feel safe and supported.I also explain my integrative approach how I blend ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused strategies, and Internal Family Systems and how we will work together as partners in their healing. Clients typically leave the first session with a clearer understanding of their goals, an initial plan for our work together. Above all, clients can expect to feel heard, validated, and understood from the very beginning.
