Great to meet you!

Hi, and welcome.

Taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy, so I'm glad you're here. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for 19 years, my goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself—without judgment, pressure, or having to pretend everything is okay. Life can be overwhelming at times. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to figure it out alone. Together, we'll explore what's been getting in the way and work toward helping you feel more confident, balanced, and connected to the life you want to live. I hope that you'll leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools you can use outside of therapy. Healing isn't always a straight path, but you don't have to walk it by yourself.

If you're ready to take that next step, I'd be honored to be part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy isn't about having someone tell you what to do—it's about having a supportive partner who listens, asks the right questions, and helps you discover solutions that fit your life. I use evidence-based approaches like Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while tailoring our work to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.

What you can expect from me

We'll spend time talking about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll also ask some questions about your personal history, relationships, and overall well-being to better understand your experiences and develop a clear picture of how I can best support you.

You'll have plenty of time to ask questions about the therapy process, and together we'll begin identifying goals that are meaningful to you. By the end of the session, you'll have a better understanding of what working together will look like and the next steps we can take toward your goals.

Most importantly, my goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
